Saturday – Open Practice

Join us at 1:00 p.m. for an open practice session. Peter Dewer, provincial cycling coach, and local HopOn coaches will be available to provide riding and racing tips.

Everyone is welcome to come out and ride, even if you aren’t planning to race on Sunday.

Sunday – Race Day

Please arrive at 12:00 p.m. to finalize your registration and receive your race number.

  • 1:00 p.m. – Elementary and middle school races
  • 2:00 p.m. – High school and adult races

Race Format

Elementary and middle school riders will race for 20 minutes, with results based on the total number of laps completed.

High school and adult riders will race for 30 minutes, with results based on the total number of laps completed.

Race Fee

Online registration is free. A $5 cash race fee is payable on Sunday at the event.

Please bring your bike, helmet and water bottle. A limited number of loaner bikes and helmets are available. Contact Aaron for details.
